Civony changes name to Evony
Thanks to the efforts of developers working around the clock for the past month we are proud to announce the official release of Evony! The entire team at Evony owes a big thanks to everyone who participated in the beta phase. Your feedback, suggestions and comments have been invaluable in making Evony a great game and we will continue to count on your feedback and support to continually improve Evony.
Although Evony (formerly Civony) has undergone a name change, we want to assure all of you that the gameplay experience remains the same. Its a different logo, but the game is the same and all of your character data has been preserved from beta to live, so you can pick up where you left off! Just make sure you have the right server number checked in the top right corner.
We want to make this transition as smooth as possible, so you may continue to access the servers through the old Civony URL for now, as it will automatically redirect you to the new Evony address.
Finally, the Evony team would like to present all our beta participants with some great gifts in-game as our way of saying thanks for your help. They should be go out within a week, so keep your eyes on your mailbox!

Hi,
I was showing a friend everything on my website http://www.bevmenu.com and on my games page there was a link to evony. I began playing and like it! I am in the Crusades alliance in server 6.

Evony is such a great game, I love playing it. I’ve setup a chat forum for my Server 3 alliance so we can all get together and plot against our enemies. It was easy to setup.
